Terms and Conditions – ilmspire Home Education
These terms and conditions form the agreement between ilmspire (“we”) and the parent or guardian (“you”) enrolling a student (“the student”) in our Home Education programme.
By joining our programme, you agree to follow these terms to help ensure a smooth and productive learning experience.

1. Lesson timings
Lesson times are agreed in advance and remain fixed for the term to provide stability for both students and tutors. We cannot reschedule individual sessions except in exceptional circumstances at ilmspire’s discretion.

2. Attendance and missed lessons
Students should attend all scheduled lessons and complete homework on time, even during travel or family holidays where possible. If a tutor is unavailable and no suitable replacement can be arranged, the missed session will be delivered during July 2026 as part of our planned catch up period. Absences do not remove the requirement to pay fees, and no refunds or credits will be given for missed or cancelled sessions initiated by the student or family.

3. Payment and cancellation of enrolment
Annual payments: If you have paid for the year in advance, fees are non refundable.

Monthly payments: Payments are made in advance, for example in August for September lessons. If you cancel part way through a month, lessons can continue until the end of that paid month, but no refund will be issued for any unused lessons.

Fees already paid are non refundable.

4. Late arrival
If a student arrives late to a lesson, the session will still finish at the scheduled time.
Lost time due to late arrival cannot be made up.

5. Homework and independent study
Homework is an essential part of our approach and reinforces what is taught in lessons.
Students are expected to complete it regularly and on time.
Parents are encouraged to maintain this routine.

6. Parental involvement
We value strong collaboration between parents and tutors. Parents agree to monitor their child’s learning, ensure homework is completed, and keep open communication with tutors regarding progress or concerns.

7. Termination of services
ilmspire may discontinue tuition where necessary, including in cases of non payment, repeated disruptive behaviour, or serious breaches of these terms.

8. Updates to terms
ilmspire reserves the right to review and update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect from the date specified in the notice.
